Advertising Junior Account Exec - Media & Marketing sector

Company Profile:

Our Client is a well established, leading integrated agency who work across a variety of channels, including advertising, digital media and print. Their extensive client roster ranges from the financial services to large FMCG's.

The Role:

We need a bright, articulate candidate who has an exceptional eye for detail who is looking to forge a career within the world of advertising.

The ideal candidate will hopefully have managed to gain some agency exeperience (marketing, digital etc) and have a relevant degree with high tier grades from a top Uni.

Interest in the digital sector will be important as well as having a good grasp on all forms of advertising. Whoever we bring in must also have a good feel for on line and social media. The role will be focused on helping the company's Managing Director with bringing on new business and supporting current pitches and projects. This is very much a demanding, hands on, client facing role so expectation levels will be extremely high.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be willing to tackle everything from the mundane through to the challenging. There is full support from an extremely experienced senior team all of whom are happy to help. You will be involved in:

  • Client development - working current projects and pitches
  • Project administration & support
  • New business development - helping cement new relationships
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director - with 30 years plus experience.

 

This will be a fantastic role to work with some seasoned experts, in a demanding hands on environment where you will need to be able to demonstrate the art of picking up new things quickly.

There will be the opportunity to join the team on permanent basis  following a successful placement term of 3 - 6months (depending on performance)
