As soon as we’ve built up a sufficient number of applications, the GAGAGO team will start to narrow down the search for the best applicants for the role.

We’ll take into account mission statements, CVs, previous applications and how candidates have generally handled themselves.

Any candidate on our shortlists will be called and vetted so we can create a more detailed profile. We then forward our preferred shortlist to our client.

Important: It is your responsibility to follow up applications and to find out more about the opportunities on the Jobs Board before you apply.

All our clients review candidate CVs themselves, ultimately deciding on who is suitable for the job advertised and who they would like to invite for an interview.

They may also ask candidates to sit assessment tests, complete a task or arrange a phone interview before any face to face meeting.

We will help you prepare for any interviews or tests, arrange the finer details for you and provide feedback from the day when we can.

Important: Clients will always look favourably on candidates who prepare really well for interviews, know the sector and show a clear interest in what the company does.

Once you’re in the interview, it’s up to you to show off your ability. The more enthusiastic and determined you are in your approach, the better. Some clients will hold just one round of interviews, whereas others stretch the process out over a few meetings. Once these are over, we get in touch with the clients to get feedback.

The client will then inform us of whom they would like to take on and who hasn’t been successful on that occasion. We will organise start dates, references (if requested on behalf of the client). And then you’re good to go!

Important: If a candidate is unsuccessful in an interview we will still consider them for other opportunities.
