Because we are not like any other run-of-the-mill agency, we don’t use aggressive agency strategies nor do we believe in ‘one-size-fits-all’ placement tactics. We like to think of ourselves as different, and our repeated and referred business is testament to that - from candidates and clients. Here at GAGAGO, we receive hundreds of CVs a day and we make a point of reading every single one. We filter them to pick the most promising candidates, by uni, course and experience. We then meet candidates individually so we can find out what role they are after and what they are best suited for. By listening to our clients’ needs andgraduates’ aspirations, we’ve secured a 90% conversion rate in converting placement graduates to permanent employees. We’re keen to
